Service Description

Bicycles that come in the box are most certainly not ride ready even though the instructions deem it to be so. For example hub cones are almost always far too tight and need adjusted, and this is among adjustments to all other components. I highly recommend - for the sake of the money you spent - to take it to a mechanic so that they can adjust everything properly.
